ProFill 100 Capsule Filling Machine

The ProFill 100 capsule filling machine utilizes an advanced design for fool-proof manual filling of two-piece capsules. There is no need for expensive capsule filling equipment and electrical/vacuum connections. It manually fills 100 capsules per cycle and can produce up to 1,500 capsules an hour.

Convenient and easy to use, the ProFill 100 filling machine comes fully equipped to handle one capsule size and is easy to clean; and by adding inexpensive size change parts you can easily fill additional capsule sizes.

ProFill DB Over-capsulation Machine

Designed specifically for filling DBcaps® capsules, the ProFill DB machine offers is an easier alternative to hand-filling small batches of DBcaps capsules for Phase I and Phase II double-blind studies. The ProFill DB machine orients, separates, and locks DBcaps capsules without vacuum or pneumatics, allowing you to double blind 1,000 to 1,500 doses of caplets, tablets and capsules per hour (depending on operator speed).

This machine is easy to clean as powder contact parts are stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Separate systems are required for each capsule size.
