Capsugel’s Xcelolab™ Powder Dispenser is specifically designed for laboratories to perform accurate closed-loop weight dispensing that would be difficult, or potentially inaccurate, when done manually or via other laboratory methods.

Whether you repeatedly dispense small amounts of powder by hand or need to precisely dispense amounts too small to be accurately handled by conventional techniques, Capsugel’s Xcelolab powder dispenser can help. The Xcelolab dispenser offers the following benefits:

Simple to Use, Simple to Clean
The simple, touch screen operation of the Xcelolab powder dispenser means users can run a fully automated dispense cycle or manual dispense as soon as they have it in their laboratory. Made of stainless steel and hard anodized surfaces, parts are easily removed for cleaning and sterilization with wet cleaning agents and a range of cleaning solutions.
Flexible
The Xcelolab powder dispenser works with a range of specially adapted Sartorius balances offering unprecedented flexibility in dispensed amounts, while a variety of micro or laboratory balances are available and easily interchangeable. Dispense parameters can also be optimized and stored for different powders, and once set up, the Xcelolab powder dispenser will produce accurate and repeatable output in a matter of seconds while parts can be replaced quickly and easily.

Variety of interchangeable balances specially adapted for optimum performance depending on your dose weight range and receptacle type: • Sartorius micro balances: 2g, 5g, and 10 g • Sartorius laboratory balance: 225g

• Accommodates 10 capsules or small receptacles • Facilitates batch filling • Increases throughput • Freely mounts on deck plate and can be quickly added or removed • Operator controls rotation, via HMI, to fill each receptacle in turn • Approximate cycle
