Quality Training Services
Many of our customers share the same quality challenges we face in running a world-class manufacturing operation. Where applicable and available, members of our Quality Assurance staff prepare and deliver Quality Management Training, as well as specialized training programs.

How does this service work?
A planning session with our customers is the first step, during which we identify specific and relevant training goals. At this planning session, the broad requirements for time and meeting space are also identified. Depending on the topic, one or more of our trained Quality Assurance Managers, most of whom have been certified by the American Society for Quality Control, will then be assigned to prepare and deliver the training.
What are the benefits?
Our experience is that our customers (as well as the Capsugel instructors) come away from these programs with knowledge in quality process management and quality assurance management that they can put to immediate use in the never-ending quest to "do it right the first time."
Availability Notice
This service is currently available via the Quality Assurance staffs at a select number of Capsugel manufacturing operations, with prioritization given to existing customers.
